Essential Functions Perform core servicing for CMBS/K-Deal securitizations, including loan activity reporting, P&I remittance, and post-purchase data changes. Reconcile monthly Loan Periodic Update and Remittance Files with cash receipts; resolve outstanding P&I and servicing advance reconciliations. Complete financial/accounting reconciliations, amortizations, variance analysis, and month-end close reporting.
