Position Profile

The Real Estate Valuations Manager or Senior Manager will plan, supervise and review multiple engagements and other client assignments such as real estate appraisals for financial and tax reporting purposes, mortgage-based lending, and purchase decisions. They will provide consulting and/or real estate valuation services in connection with sale/leaseback analyses, purchase price allocations, and fairness opinions.

**The Opportunity**

As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also expected to build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

**What You Must Have**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
