ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking an associate to join the 4 th through 8 th year associate class for its RealEstate group in the New York office. Significant broad-based commercial realestate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings, is required. Joint venture experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will have the experience and the desire to first chair smaller transactions and second chair larger transactions, or run deals on their own depending on seniority. Ideal candidates are highly motivated with strong drafting and communications skills and work well with colleagues and clients.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $245,000 to a maximum of $365,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus system with opportunities for associates to receive: hours-based productivity bonuses, cash bonuses for business generation and expansion, and merit-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions ranging from $10,000-$200,000+.
