Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years of strong estate planning, probate, and trust administration experience, particularly with complex and high net worth estates, and be able to manage multiple matters independently. Specific job duties include: (i) drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; (ii) drafting court pleadings for probate administration and related court proceedings; (iii) preparing, analyzing, and concisely summarizing complex planning structures; and (iv) assisting with multiple estates of various sizes. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
