We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creditors' Rights Attorney licensed in California with a minimum of 3 years of practice in key areas including:
* Judicial and non-judicial foreclosures
* Litigation involving secured transactions, lien enforcement, and related disputes
* Vehicle recovery, including impounds and replevins
* Unlawful detainer / evictions
* Bankruptcy proceedings (Ch. 7, 11, and 13) on behalf of creditors

*Qualifications:*
