This is a full-time, in-office role for a motivated attorney who is a team player, self-starter, and resourceful leader, capable of managing and mentoring junior associates effectively. A law license is required; Florida admission is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
Conduct and oversee survey and title reviews, loan transactions, and preparation of legal opinions.
Handle matters involving entitlements, commercial leases, liens, bonds, and easements.
Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and general corporate matters.
