The Closer makes sure that all files are ready to go, all parties involved are informed, and that all closings go off without a hitch at the closing table.
In this key role we need the Closer to be customer-centric, always taking initiative, and working as the ultimate problem solver. Responsibilities Include
Manage Distribution Emails and make sure all emails are responded to within our firm policies - be able to distinguish what goes through our software or distribution e-mail to be answered by the Closer vs Pre-Closer Agent/Buyer/Seller Communications
Buyer/Buyer's Agent/Lender communication regarding questions about closing, builder, document status, figures, and updates to all parties
Adhere to our Clients' Service Level Agreements
HUD/ALTA Preparation/Revisions/Balancing with lender/Balancing Register, etc.
Obtain funding approval from Lender/Buyer
Monitor and assist Pre-Closer by practicing great file ownership and accountability
Send final title documents to the title company insuring the transaction
Confirm all requirements on Commitment are completed prior to closing

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and implementation of the company's existing lease forms and
Draft, negotiate and review commercial retail lease documents

Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound leads (Zillow Flex, team-generated appointments, etc.) and follow up consistently using proven conversion systems
Conduct buyer consultations and seller presentations to understand client needs and guide them through the transaction process
Show homes to prospective buyers and schedule listing appointments
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented
Maintain active communication with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors throughout the transaction
Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and ensure timely follow-up
Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
Collaborate with fellow team members to share knowledge, strategies, and support
Stay up to date with local market trends, inventory, and realestate best practices
Uphold the values and reputation of The Premier Team and RE/MAX Executive in all client and industry interactions
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina RealEstate License (or in the process of obtaining one) - Required to represent buyers and sellers in transactions
