Job Description CGI+ is seeking an experienced and results-driven Associate to join our team, reporting directly to the CEO and Director of Acquisitions. This role will be crucial to our multifamily investment strategy, focusing on identifying institutional assets in high-growth markets throughout the West and Southeast United States. As an Associate you will work with the executive team to identify, underwrite, acquire new investment opportunities to help scale the company's current portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in multifamily acquisitions, development, and capital markets. This individual will be a strategic partner within the firm, playing a key role in scaling our multifamily and extended stay platform. Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and evaluate acquisition opportunities in target markets. Assist in preparing financial models, presentations, and reports to support investment decisions.
