Demetrios brings 30 years of real estate and finance experience to his role of COO of RealNex. His many talents include asset management, business development, corporate real estate, education, lending, property management, research, risk management, strategy, structuring, technology, underwriting and valuation. Demetrios was the Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate Solutions Group at ARGUS software, where he successfully lead the initiative that resulted in the first corporate instance of integration between market data and analytical solutions for commercial real estate. Demetrios holds a M.S. in real estate from Penn State University. He has served as an adjunct faculty member in the real estate master’s program at NYU, where he taught international real estate for ten years.

Jeffrey is a well-known luminary of the real estate academic and consulting world. As the Head of Research and Data Services for RealNex, he brings a multifaceted expertise to the data and analytics available to RealNex users worldwide. He is President and Chairman of the Board of the Homer Hoyt Institute and Professor Emeritus of Real Estate at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is the Educational Consultant to the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and serves on the advisory board of Sterling Valuation. Jeffrey has consulted for prestigious private real estate companies and large governmental agencies, served on innumerable boards, and received a voluminous quantity of awards. He is RealNex’s ace in the hole. Jeffrey has a doctorate in Real Estate from The Ohio State University. He is a coauthor of Real Estate, 9th edition, published by John Wiley and Sons, coauthor of Real Estate Finance and Investments, 14th edition, published by McGraw-Hill, and coauthor of Property Valuation, published by Dearborn.
