Ryan is a cross industry Fortune 500 CEO and General Manager with leadership experience in Real Estate, Consumer Finance (especially Card), and Technology/Data. He has substantial experience with technology and digital transformation, public policy and regulatory affairs.

He is currently CEO and Board Director at Realogy, the largest residential real estate brokerage company with ~$6B in revenue and over 10,000 FTE. He serves as a Director of Anthem, a F50 leading US healthcare company.

Ryan joined Realogy after nearly 15 years of senior leadership experience at Capital One. Most recently, he was President of Capital One’s Card division, its largest business, for nine years leading all of the company's consumer and small business credit card businesses in the United States, U.K. and Canada.

Before leading Capital One's Card businesses, Ryan led Capital One's Auto Finance business. Ryan joined Capital One in 2002 and held a variety of Executive Vice President leadership positions.

Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in financial services clients with an emphasis on consumer credit and insurance.

Ryan received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.

Charlotte (Brosh) Simonelli is a VP / CFO Enterprise Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson, EVP / CFO at REALOGY HOLDINGS CORP., and VP/Group CFO Medical Devices at Johnson & Johnson and is based in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She has worked as Finance Director at PEPSICO INC; Sr Finance Director, Nabisco at MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL, INC.; and SVP Finance, ENA (Europe and North America) at Reckitt Benckiser. Charlotte attended University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Delgado, who joined Realogy in 2002, has achieved a successful track record leading enterprise-wide legal matters related to employees, real estate agent relations, and benefits. In her newly-expanded role as Senior Vice President, Employment Law and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, she will lead Realogy's Ethics & Compliance program while continuing to manage employment, benefits and contractor relations legal matters in collaboration with law department senior leadership.

Don Casey is president and chief executive officer of Title Resource Group, a full-service title and settlement services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. With more than 2,200 employees, Title Resource Group (TRG) is composed of 40 title and settlement services companies with approximately 411 offices licensed in 48 states and the District of Columbia. Casey was named the company’s president and CEO when Cendant consolidated its title and settlement services assets within its Real Estate Services Division (now Realogy Holdings Corp.) in April 2002. Casey joined Cendant Mortgage (now PHH Corporation) in 1989 as a secondary marketing analyst. He was promoted to vice president of government operations in 1993 and to senior vice president of real estate brands in 1995, where his focus was on working with NRT and Realogy real estate affiliates. Prior to joining PHH Corporation, Casey served as vice president of the first mortgage alliance program for Westpac Pollock Mortgage Finance. He was also vice president of mortgage finance for L.F. Rothschild Mortgage Capital Corporation. Casey earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University.
