Lead and support SAP RE-FX/Lease Accounting module configuration, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and financial regulations.
Act as the functional lead for Lease Accounting processes, providing advice on best practices, design, and functionality.
Coordinate with finance, real estate, and other relevant business areas to ensure accurate integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP MM).
Lead design workshops to define business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations.
Document functional specifications, design documents, and test cases in alignment with business needs.
Configure SAP RE-FX functionality to meet business and legal requirements for lease accounting, including compliance with IFRS 16, ASC 842, and other lease accounting standards.
Work closely with the development team to create and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
Provide input for the design and specification of custom developments.
Lead and/or support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data migration activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues arising during the project lifecycle and post-go-live support.
Integrate with other functional teams, including Technical, Change Management (OCM), and other SAP functional areas to ensure smooth and seamless end-to-end process flows.
Provide guidance and training to key users and business stakeholders on SAP RE-FX functionality and processes.
Support post-go-live stabilization and provide ongoing maintenance of the SAP RE-FX system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest SAP configuration adjustments as required.
Requirements:
5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with at least 1 full lifecycle implementation of SAP RE-FX (Lease Accounting).
Strong understanding of lease accounting concepts, including IFRS 16, ASC 842, and other applicable standards.
In-depth knowledge of SAP RE-FX configuration and integration with other SAP modules such as SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP CO.
Experience leading design workshops, gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, and configuring SAP functionality.
Proficiency in writing RICEF functional specifications.
Solid understanding of business processes related to lease accounting and real estate management.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other relevant SAP tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Real Estate Management or similar certifications are highly desirable.

Requirements:
You must be a currently licensed real estate agent
You must have access to the MLS
You must have experience showing homes in the greater St. Petersburg area.
You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Responsibilities:
Schedule showings on behalf of the buyers agent
Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
Conduct home showings in a professional manner
Access the listing via your local MLS
Use apps like ShowingTime to schedule showings for the buyer's agent and their clients
Benefits:
Showing Agents will be paid an average of $32 per home shown but can earn upwards of $50 a home showing, with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
Showing Agents on Showami, have the flexibility of accepting or passing up showing opportunities at their leisure. this means you can pick up showings when you're available and looking for side-gig income.
