Key Responsibilities:
Transactional real estate work including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other real estate-related agreements.
Represent owners, developers, and investors in structuring and closing complex real estate deals
Provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients, ensuring high standards of legal practice and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong knowledge of real estate law and related practice areas (financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development transactions, etc)

Facilitate clear communication of coverage terms and all other information between clients and underwriters, ensuring the delivered policy aligns with client expectations.
Maintain and enhance relationships with carriers, including some in-person contact, typically accompanied by your broker or senior team members.
Other Responsibilities:
Provide training and ongoing guidance to Production Assistants and/or Production Associates, supporting their professional growth and development.
Work closely with Broker in identifying projects where skills, experience, and knowledge can be utilized effectively.

The Real Estate Global Debt Associate will be responsible for all investment activities including deal sourcing, evaluation, diligence, execution, and asset management. The Real Estate Global Debt Associate will be responsible for all investment activities including deal sourcing, evaluation, diligence, execution, and asset management.
