Position Overview The Real Estate Instructor position is a part-time role with an estimated time commitment of 20 to 40 hours per month. Our instructors help students understand material by leading insightful lessons and answering questions. They instruct in-person and online courses, utilizing content created by Hondros to teach pre-licensing classes to help students pass their state real estate exams. Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities
Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan
Actively engage with students, both in the classroom and in online webinars
Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction
Review class syllabus to ensure it follows the designed curriculum plan and explains course requirements
Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives
Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings
Qualifications
Active Real Estate license for 5+ years required
Previous instruction and/or training experience strongly preferred
Flexibility to teach weekend and evening classes
Ability to work long days (i.e., 8am-5:30pm, 6-10:30pm, up to 4 days per month)
Computer with an HD camera and microphone required
