The ideal candidate will understand the entire closing process and is able to switch between all closing processes as needed. The Closer makes sure that all files are ready to go, all parties involved are informed, and that all closings go off without a hitch at the closing table. In this key role we need the Closer to be customer-centric, always taking initiative, and working as the ultimate problem solver.
