Job Description
This market has been tough. The real estate industry has shifted, and what used to work doesn't cut it anymore. Nearly 90% of agents never make it to year five, and almost half leave within the first two years. That reality has never been clearer than it is today. This is not a market where you can coast. It takes strategy, strong leadership, and the right kind of support. If you're feeling stuck or unsure of what's next, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
I've been in real estate since 2002. I've worked through every type of market and led my team through each one. Year after year, we have ranked number one at the largest brokerage in the area because we don't chase trends. We build systems, stay consistent, and deliver. The team I lead is small, driven, and collaborative. We hold each other accountable, support one another, and stay focused on what matters most. We're not here to ride the wave. We're here to build something that lasts.
If you are ready for more support, more strategy, and more growth, The Whipple Group may be the right fit.

Represent listings with excellence through open houses and thoughtful marketing

Licensed real estate professionals seeking a full-time path to success
Compensation and Schedule
Compensation: $48,000 to $196,000+ annually (commission-based with bonus opportunities)
Schedule: Flexible, full-time commitment required
