Responsibilities:
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
Team player
Qualifications:
Show a track record of real estate success
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively
