Great place to meet and collaborate with amazing people. The agents were exceptional at doing what they do and learning from each other. I felt like part of the family. Very professional people, great for networking.
Absent management. Oblivious management. Admin staff were out-numbered and overworked. Hourly wages did not make-up for the amount of stress I encountered every day. Mental health and workload were the main reasons I finally left, management did not replacing the only other person in my department when they too moved on. I was told to "do the best I can" while doing the amount of work done previously by 2 full time people. I was being setup to fail or maybe they forced me out to hire cheaper, probably the latter.
Freedom to work from home for any reason. Also, the IT Director was an above-top-tier person who did everything for anyone who needed help with their technology. Best system admin ever!

I was given notice at the previous place i worked so i needed to find something fast, the operations manager at Realtypath who interviewed me was willing to take a chance on me and so I got hired. I was very lucky.
