This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Attend kick off meeting with design and or operations staff at beginning of project to ensure Level of Development, scope, project details and contract requirements are understood before modeling begins. Create 3D models utilizing Revit. Actively participate in BIM coordination and design meetings. Develop and model scopes as requested, including, but not limited to, Interior and Exterior Walls, including framing, Ceiling and Soffit Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Specialty Panels, Raised Access Floor, Clean Room Walls, Clean Room Ceilings, Unistrut, No Fly Zones and other specialty scopes to required Level of Development using Revit, and other Revit add-on programs. Coordinate with point cloud files. Ensure models produced are spatially coordinated. In collaboration with Design and Operations teams, communicate with Engineers, Architects, General Contractors and/or clients to deliver and convert model into install drawings, which will be used by the field for execution of the work. Produce models and drawings that are consistent with instructions, guidelines, in-house standards and Project BIM standards. Perform BIM compliance checks of deliverables. Coordinate staff training to enhance staff members' knowledge and expertise of the standard and specialized software used as well as processes, innovation and new technologies. Actively monitor and streamline Revit models from projects and coordinate change management process for project to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are aware of changes and impacts to the project.
