Hardware

+ - 7+ years of proven experience in Cellular RF systems engineering including validated expertise in receiver RF system design.

+ - In depth knowledge of receiver architectures. Comprehensive understanding of how these technologies can be used to improve receiver performance and optimize power consumption.

+ - Solid understanding of Cellular Radio/3GPP Standards (GSM, UMTS, LTE, LTE-A, 5G NR FR1, 5G NR FR2), Regulatory, and Carrier Requirements including their implications on receiver architectures and receiver system design. Beside the knowledge of RF aspects, a good understanding of system use cases and control topics is important.

+ - Understanding of RF receiver analog circuit architectures and state-of-the-art RF CMOS semiconductor technologies.

+ - Experience in digital signal processing and knowledge of adaptive algorithms to compensate analog impairments in digital domain.

+ - Matlab is essential. Experience in an object oriented programming language like C++, Python is a good background.

+ - Strong analytical & communication skills with an ability to thrive in a multi-functional environment.

+ - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and communicate with multi-cultural global teams.

**Description**

In this role as RF Receiver Architect you will be a part of a best-in-class system engineering team that is tasked with driving innovation of cellular transceiver architectures across the whole cellular frequency range. You will work closely with our platform architecture, RFIC design teams and ultimately drive RF technology innovation to meet the challenges of next generation wireless products.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Operations:
Completes opening/closing procedures and tasks as directly by Leadership Team with a client focus (e.g. replenishing merchandise; recovering the store and styling rooms; processing shipment including but not limited to: unpacking, hanging, steaming; cleaning including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash; executing merchandising moves; marketing updates; and completing prices changes.) Meets merchandise processing standards and maintains an organized and accessible work area Adheres to Loss Prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents, to ensure shortage control and to protect company assets Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to store management (e.g., ensuring that exits are unobstructed, ceiling clearance in stockroom is enforced, rugs are not frayed, spills are cleaned up immediately, etc.) Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores' inventory Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using ANN INC.'s Time and Attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business Follows all ANN INC. operational guidelines, processes, and procedures Reviews Bulletin Boards daily

Technical Expertise:

• Are you willing to put those muscles to the test? This position requires moving/transferring product weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5 to 56, for up to 30 feet for up to 30 hours without mechanical assistance. Crazy right!
• Must use pallet jack to horizontally transfer product weighing up to 1000 lbs., requiring a force up to 50 lbs., for a distance up to 150 feet for up to 40 hours.
• Vision required for reviewing invoices and monitoring incoming product.
• Ability to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) ability to multi-task, ability to understand proper retail receiving, and basic computer knowledge
• Is able to execute other duties as needed
