Role Overview and Responsibilities Introduction Responsible for inspecting and auditing the quality of workmanship of the completed circuit boards. Key Responsibilities * Proficient in determining accept reject criteria based on TT Electronics Workmanship Standards (IPC-A-610, Current Rev) * Perform first article inspections on new product from customer prints. * Complete 1st article sheets, audit log, and Certificates of Conformance. * Perform database entry, print reports, (if required) and ability to use the internal email system. * Effectively interface with Quality engineering and supervisor * Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization. * Good organization of print reviews, ECR's, customer specifications, etc. * Accurately completes department paperwork. * Use basic computer skills for inquiries and information gathering. * Understands the ECN process, flag product for ECN implementation, and perform ECN first articles once ECN is explained. * Review/audit most jobs in plant. Visual Acuity: The Team member is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities for visual inspection, using measurement devices; and/or assembly of parts at distances close to the eyes. Ability or increased ability to see color, or perceive color differences, under normal lighting conditions. Work Environment: The Team member is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not room temperature changes, there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to increase volume in order to be heard above ambient noise level. Team Member is frequently (60-90% of the time) required to wear nitrile gloves.
