    The Pelican Bay Foundation is the homeowner's association for the community.     Qualifications and Experience:
    Responsible for supporting the food and beverage team with forecasting, ordering, inventory, reporting and related functions. Review food inventory and assist with placing and receive shipments from food vendors. Ensure product quality and consistency, food safety and sanitation standards, including proper rotation of First-in First-out (FIFO) products, (i.e., awareness of product shelf life). Monitor all food purchases vs sales forecasts to ensure optimum inventory levels based on various input including seasonality, events, attendance trends, weather forecasts and other impacts. Fulfill product requests from all departments in a timely manner and ensure prompt delivery. Review and supervise food service vendor invoices and submit to Accounts Payable for payment. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established maintenance standards. Contribute to the consistent delivery of the brand experience as it relates to guests' food & beverage experience across the property. Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects. Completes all assigned tasks in a productive and timely manner. Provides superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times. Performs other tasks as assigned.
