Responsibilities: Opens the office and ensures the front office is in order. Maintains an attractive and welcoming office environment. Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls. Routes calls appropriately and guides customers to the appropriate service. Greets visitors and assists them as appropriate. Retrieves phone messages and prioritizes return phone calls, providing appropriate clinical triage.
