About the Role
We are seeking a part-time receptionist with previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred (but not required). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks
