Key Responsibilities * Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression * Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner * Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately * Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members * Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries * Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software * Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach * Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment * Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred * Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills * Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment * Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset * Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds * Office management or marketing experience is a plus Schedule * This role requires availability & travel for the following days: Mondays: 8:30AM to 1PM in South Meadows Wednesdays: 8:30AM to 1PM in South Meadows Thursdays: 8:30AM to 6PM in Carson City Fridays: 8:30AM to 1PM in South Meadows Compensation and Benefits * Starting pay: $17.00 - $17.10 Per Hour + Bonus * Opportunities for career growth within The Joint network Why Join Us When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job-you're joining a movement.
