Minimum Qualifications:

The Operational Support Receptionist offers a professional and pleasant impression to any guest and/or employee. Interactions with guests make them feel valued. The Receptionist delivers support to the Operational Support Department. Tasks may include research, performing administrative functions as well as preparing, reviewing and/or updating reports.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Adhere to excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Greet and welcome all guests and/or employees; Announce the arrival of guests to appropriate personnel
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Perform Operational Support duties as directed
  • Process requests in consumer queues
  • Enter data into programs such as eOscars
  • Monitor visitor access and ensure security compliance
  • Prepare and issue badge reprints
  • Maintain composure and remain considerate during the intake of any complaint/concern
  • Receive letters, packages, etc.
  • Sort and issue checks
  • Update any reports and/or logs
  • Assure the reception and conference area is neat and presentable and appropriately supplied
  • Sensitive to confidential matters
  • Other duties as assigned
