Diversity hiring and promotions are very common, if you're a white male, don't work there, very hard to get promoted, the minorities in management positions are not qualified or good employees, and if this practice is in place throughout the world,and not just in the US, they will fail.
Hire and promote based on experience and work, not by if they are the right gender and race, just to meet diversity goals.
Our plant is about 40% black, even though the county the plant is in, is only 15% black, and the management is 50% black, straight out racism against white males.
