About the role As the Sr. Demand Planner, you will own the end-to-end demand planning process for AirWick. You will have the significant responsibility of crafting accurate demand forecasts thru the creation, maintenance and presentation of the SKU/customer-level forecast, including ownership of the Brand and Demand Review, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate demand signals and support business growth. Your responsibilities * Lead the monthly demand planning cycle utilizing the IBP process, ensuring timely and accurate forecasts at multiple levels (SKU, category, channel) * Analyze historical sales trends, market intelligence, promotional plans, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy. * Lead the Demand Review step of the IBP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability through collaboration with Sales, Finance and Marketing. * Perform root cause analysis to continuously improve fill rates, reduce waste, and achieve key KPIs by collaborating closely with Supply Planning. * Drive continuous improvements through data-driven analysis and supply/demand process enhancements through Integrated Business Planning.
