Supply Chain Strategy: A Supply Chain Strategy co-op will network wide strategic plan consolidation and present to the Executive Leadership Team. You will work with all functions within Global Operations, Marketing and Research & Development. This co-op will work on high-profile multimillion-dollar projects that will help shape the future at Church and Dwight.
Global Supply Chain Lean: The Global Lean co-op will support initiatives to drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing principles in all Church & Dwight's manufacturing and distribution center sites across the globe. As an co-op, you will be part of the Global Lean Community and will have the opportunity to work directly with cross functional teams driving a multitude of continuous improvement initiatives. At Church & Dwight, our goal is to create a culture where improvements happen every day, everywhere and with everybody's participation and as a Global Lean intern you will support driving systems to achieve that vision.
Customer Logistics: A Customer Logistics co-op will gain exposure to multiple facets of the business such as Order to Cash process, Reporting and Data Analysis. The position will assist with account and/or project support which includes executing against performance targets such as case fill, order fill, on time delivery, full pallet compliance, group sourcing, and shipment weight compliance. By developing relationships with internal Sales, customers, and broker contacts they will be able to enhance the overall service experience.
Corporate Planning: A position in Supply Chain Planning will focus on one of four areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Management, or Inventory Control. As a co-op, you will have the chance to work independently and in cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions based on analytical assessments. Past areas of focus have been production planning a key brand, developing a ship-to-consumption model to be used in our Sales and Operations Planning Process, and completing a SKU level portfolio analysis.
Procurement: As a member of the Procurement Team this role will provide forward-looking internal and external information to enable data driven purchasing decisions for a wide variety of goods and services. Responsibilities will include conducting industry / market research and analysis, engaging and qualifying suppliers and measuring performance through key performance indicators. Other aspects of this role may include assisting the VP Procurement in the development of the Long-Term Strategic Plan, including identifying new and/or improving upon existing technologies, processes and approaches to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Transportation and Warehouse Planning: The Transportation and Warehouse Planning department provides exposure to leading edge technology including Transportation Management System, ERP and Warehouse Management System. Co-ops will be involved in project analysis and carrier analysis and assist in managing carrier relationships. Manage the transportation and warehouse activities, for assigned plants and co-packers.
Global Manufacturing Services: A Global Manufacturing Services co-op will be involved with over 50 Domestic Contract Manufacturers learning how to manage, negotiate, and review their performances. You will be responsible for evaluating weekly co-packer discrepancy reports and updating Replenishment Coordinator manuals and SOPs. Other responsibilities may include formulating GMS Supply Agreements and learning how to form and establish product manufacturing costs. You will also understand Inventory report mechanics and analysis.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled undergraduate students who have completed at least two years of college coursework (
rising Junior or rising Senior
) while pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain or business logistics, or closely related discipline.
Aptitude and willingness to learn how to interface with different platforms, run reports, and engage with various company systems.

The formal Job descriptions are listed below, we do require an A&P License, we are part 91 operator, each technician signs off on their own work. We perform all helicopter maintenance inhouse with some assistance from contractors for special inspections. We do 95% of maintenance in-house with assistance from the Service Center for special inspections and Customer Bulletins and ASC's that require special tooling. The daily job is launching and recovering aircraft, fueling operations on all aircraft including off-loading and testing fuel deliveries- we own and operate a fuel farm- daily inspections on GSE (tugs) post flight inspections, hourly and calendar inspections, maintenance tracking and compliance with Maint Tracking Systems.
Every shift starts with a Risk Assessment Tool to determine hazards as part of our Safety Management System. You should be able to use Microsoft Office Suite and be familiar with computer operations and various application used on aircraft for loading Databases and Downloading Fault History DB for analysis. We are working to become fully digital for all aircraft maintenance logbooks including flight logs for tracking aircraft times.
We handle passenger transfers from aircraft to aircraft, car to aircraft and baggage loading. We expect the technicians to maintain a professional appearance, we provide uniforms of various ensembles, depending on the season. The technician will not be required to bring tools; we have three Snap-On Level 5 ATC toolboxes for hand tool control.
Our Company Aviation Technician - Entry Level:
This is an entry-level position that assists in maintenance and repair of company-owned aircraft to ensure proper operation, aircraft safety and airworthiness. Performs routine maintenance, such as tire inflation, refueling and maintaining oil levels. Assists in performing FAA required formal inspections. Installs basic components under supervision. May be cross-trained to install, inspect, test, adjust, or repair industry standard equipment such as aircraft communication and navigation systems, radar, autopilots, and other electronic devices. Must possess an airframe and power plant license. May travel.

Purpose: The J&J MedTech Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) program is recruiting high performing MBA talent to join us for 10-12 weeks during the Summer of 2026. Our internship program is based on a philosophy of empowering leaders through challenging assignments, advanced training, clear objectives, feedback and coaching.
The MLDP internship provides top MBA students with a unique opportunity to leverage their business training and diverse experiences to have an immediate impact to the company.
You will be responsible for:
* Dealing with strategic business issues with significant exposure to business leaders and cross-functional areas globally.
* Demonstrating in-depth understanding of critical issues, decision-making, and project management skills.

Over the course of the internship, you will have the opportunity to gain diverse marketing experiences within MedTech Marketing, in either a Global Strategic Marketing or US Marketing role.
Global Strategic Marketing (Upstream)
* Responsible for leading worldwide product launches and developing marketing materials, pricing strategies, promotional plans, training plans, and forecasts
* Contribute to the development of global brand strategies for products, services, and programs including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management
* Partner with R&D to lead Project Core Team on new product development from product conception to launch
* Build collaborative relationships with surgeon customers and key vendors to identify unmet portfolio and customer needs for assigned product categories
US Marketing (Downstream)
* Responsible for leading and executing impactful product launches for the North America region, including promoting and educating on the product through customer-facing initiatives
* Remain connected with market needs through frequent interaction with customers - travel with sales consultants, attend industry meetings, review medical journals, etc.
* Partner closely with Sales Teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy

Qualifications / Requirements:
Required:
* Be enrolled in an accredited MBA Program with graduation planned no later than June 2027
* A minimum of four years of relevant post-undergraduate professional work experience required
* Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

General Responsibilities:
Support strategic and operating objectives for the procurement function including product sourcing, supply risk management, supplier performance improvement, cost reduction, supplier diversity development, working capital improvement, and supplier relationship management.
Work with cross functional teams including Legal, Finance, Procure-to-Pay, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers Conduct detailed market analyses looking at facts and data, with the objective of providing deep and meaningful insights.
Implement procurement efforts and execute tactical procurement processes.
Serve as a resource regarding processes, procedures and systems for procurement function.
Support selection of suppliers to ensure appropriate savings and service levels.
Ensure that all legal contract requirements are met.
Manage relationships with external contacts to ensure optimal team performance and to take appropriate actions by implementing contract negotiation, communication with suppliers and/or or modifying procedure to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enforce compliance with all Global Procurement policies and procedures by using a data driven business case approach.

Supplier and Supply Market Analysis - To conduct rigorous market intelligence and detailed supplier and supply market analyses, to provide deep and meaningful insight to Sourcing teams.
Cost Modeling / Cost reduction - To construct detailed cost models/purchase price analysis of goods and services that are supplied to our company.
Supplier Performance Management - supplier performance monitoring, root cause investigation, issue management, risk assessment and mitigation.
Strategic Analysis - To conduct project analysis which transforms the information gathered from 1) and 2) above into insightful, well-structured breakthrough options and opportunities. Examples include Portfolio Analysis, Supplier Referencing, and Day One Sourcing.
Financial Analysis & Reporting - To prepare analysis and reporting of category spend, savings, compliance, and other metrics data on a monthly basis. To support the annual budget / profit planning process for the category at the global level. To maintain financial reporting and management systems (including SAP) with up-to-date data on an ongoing basis.
Negotiation Planning - To create detailed pre-negotiation plans, to lead and participate any prolonged negotiation sessions with suppliers and to conduct post negotiation debriefs and follow through plans.
Sourcing - To create and execute RFIs, RFPs, and e-Auctions, together with subsequent structured information analysis wherever possible using electronic procurement processes.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation - To conduct effective risk assessment (including Financial Solvency Analysis, compliance with FCPA, Business Partner Code of Conduct, etc.) and establish appropriate risk mitigation plans within the supply-base pursuant to our Manufacturing Division's risk management framework.
Category Team Membership - To be an active member of one or more category teams using the techniques and content created in above as input in the creation of breakthrough strategies delivering cost reduction targets. Sharing of Learnings - The incumbent will be expected to generate work of world-class quality and to share and transfer this to colleagues throughout GSMG
Education Minimum Requirement:
Currently in sophomore or junior level curriculum, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business (such as Finance or Management), Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Market Research, Communications or a Science-related discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Bioengineering).
