About the role
This role is responsible for leading procurement activities across North America and Canada, partnering closely with business to unlock and create value. The Procurement Manager will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for the regional business, ensuring local projects are executed effectively and global initiatives are successfully implemented, while driving cost optimization, productivity, and strategic synergies.
Your responsibilities
1. Regional Procurement Leadership
* Lead procurement activities for North America and Canada, acting as the go-to person for all local commercial matters.
* Manage and deliver local procurement projects ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
* Support the roll-out and execution of globally managed procurement projects led by the global Category leads.
2. Strategy Development & Execution
* Develop and implement regional procurement strategies to drive synergies across functions and geographies.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

4. Operational Excellence & Best Practices
* Implement procurement best practices across the business to maximize efficiency and compliance.
* Support initiatives that improve net working capital through optimized payment terms and payment schedules.
* Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and risk to inform sourcing decisions.

The Head of Crisis Management, North America's mission is to help protect and safeguard Reckitt's operations by strengthening its crisis readiness and preparedness from within. As Head of Crisis Management, North America, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, governance, and execution of crisis and incident management capabilities for Reckitt's North America operations. This includes preparing for, responding to, and recovering from crises that have the potential to significantly impact people, products, supply chains, assets, and reputation across multiple markets. Your responsibilities

What You Will Learn:

* Load, unload, and move materials within the plant and warehouse by reading work orders/invoices or by following oral instructions.
* Load materials into vehicles or convey materials to and from storage or worksite to designated areas by safely operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) equipment including scissors lift, sit down and stand up forklifts, double deeps, taylor dunns, powered hand trucks, or other devices.
* Must be willing to and successfully pass a test to determine the ability to safely operate all types of PIT equipment. The test may be written, oral or practical and one of each type may be given if deemed necessary by the Employer.
* Count, weigh, and record the number of units of materials moved or handled on a daily transaction sheet and/or in computer system.
* Perform timely and accurate inventory transactions in the inventory tracking IT system.
* Attach identifying tags or labels to material or mark information on cases or other containers.
* Handle a variety of raw materials in packaging or container form as necessary for manufacturing operations, utilizing mechanical equipment as required.

This individual will provide financial analysis, analytics and insights to the Investor Relations team and J&J executive management.
