This Role: We are seeking an individual to take ownership of our product lines and position how Recorded Future helps different industries and organizations take action before threats become attacks. The role is key to developing messaging, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, content creation, and product launch execution to drive pipeline and awareness for new and existing customers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure our products and security outcomes resonate with our target customers and stand out in the market. This person will report to the Product Marketing Lead and join a team of talented product marketers within the marketing department. This role will focus on advancing Recorded Future's platform capabilities (Intelligence Graph, Collective Insights, Integrations Center, Recorded Future AI) and modules such as Threat Intelligence and Brand Intelligence. Responsibilities: Product Positioning and Messaging: Become an expert on the Recorded Future platform, our differentiators, use cases, and buyer personas for internal and external stakeholders Craft messaging and product narratives that resonate with customers and key buyers Support other product marketers, marketing teams and cross-functional teams on platform and key module messaging use in content, campaigns, and sales activities Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with Product, Engineering and Design to hit launch milestones and KPIs Stay up to date on the competitive landscape, proactively conduct competitive research, help produce battlecards and market-facing competitive collateral, assist sales with deal-specific competitive questions, and work strategically with product to identify opportunities for future growth Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that generate awareness, interest, and demand Sales Enablement: Develop and present sales enablement materials, such as product updates, training presentations, and FAQs to support sales teams in effectively communicating product value to prospects and clients Content Creation: Create and refresh marketing content and documentation to support the platform and key modules including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars to showcase the value of our products and thought leadership in the industry Convey compelling and relatable stories of how the platform and key threat intelligence modules solve business problems Identify key customers and partner with customer marketing to develop customer success stories and testimonials to build credibility and influence in the market Product Launch Execution: Lead successful product and capability launches, coordinating activities across marketing, sales, and product teams to generate awareness and drive demand Measure impact and success of a product launch aligned to business and campaign goals What you'll bring: You have 4+ years in product marketing role (Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Specialist, Solutions Marketing Manager) or technical marketing experience (Technical PMM, Solutions Engineer) Experience at a high-growth, fast paced technology company, preferably in B2B cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS Proven experience developing and identifying content required for the buyer journey and product lifecycle (portfolio of prior assets, tactics, etc.) Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and other marketing teams (enablement, demand generation, ABM, content, creative, marketing ops, field marketing, customer advocacy, and growth marketing) Strong communication (verbal, written, listening) and presentation skills Initiative for solving complex problems using data and a strong track record of taking projects from idea to execution and tracking metrics/results Willingness to learn and grow, collaborate with a growing PMM team, and ambition to drive company and project success The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
