SENIOR RECORDS ANALYST
I. Job Summary
Under the direction and with approval of the customer, the Senior Records Analyst is responsible for managing the processes related to the off-site storage of the organization's physical records; managing the litigation hold processes; managing the destruction process; producing reports; maintaining storage vendor accounts; recommending and implementing processes to support continuous records management program improvement.

II. Key Areas of Responsibility
1-Assumes responsibility for managing the records management off-site storage initiative
Assist. Manager with identifying improvement opportunities for managing boxes off-site at multiple locations.Lead consolidation of off-site storage across numerous locations for multiple business functions.Lead vendor consolidation efforts for multiple storage vendors across the business.Identify opportunities to reduce costs and storage volume at off-site storage locations.Maintain accurate records and respond in a timely manner to all retrievals, accessions and destruction requests for all customers' records according to company record retention policy.Monitors records database to ensure accuracy of data entry, storage and destruction.Provide consultative support and drive records management retention and storage awareness across the company
2-Assume responsibility for administration and coordination of records under legal holds
Provide support via email, phone or in person, i.e., logistic and procedural support, enforce standards and promote best practices for legal holds.Assist Sr. Manager with driving overall improvements of the legal hold process across all functional areas within the business.Identify records under legal hold notices, retrieve and prepare them for appropriate maintenance and/or storage.

13-Create job aid/update in knowledge sharing tool. Train Line of Business contact as needed
14-Perform vendor system administrative tasks: create and maintain user access and profiles
15-Track milestones and deliverables based on the strategic and communications plans
16-Work independently with minimal supervision

IV. Educational & Experience Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or seven (7) years' experience in records management with corresponding CRM Certification preferred
