Hagerty is currently seeking a team of junior analysts and project support professionals to support local government recovery work in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian in Lee County, Florida. Support will be provided to our clients on-site. Candidates for Disaster Recovery Associate, Recovery Division will be considered for full-time positions. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the minimum qualifications.
In this position, the Disaster Recovery Associate, Recovery Division will:

* Work with a large disaster recovery team in support of local government clients in their recovery from Hurricane Ian as they navigate federal grant programs.
* Track data, create databases, and analyze trends to guide client recovery.
* Support project management by tracking documentation and supporting team leaders in coordination and administrative capacity.
* Review and organize information to submit to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) alongside our FEMA policy experts.
* Provide administrative, analytical, and finance/accounting support to the client and our internal project teams.

Candidates for the Disaster Recovery Associate, Recovery Division must possess the following qualifications:

* A bachelors degree.
* Prior professional experience, which can include academic positions, internships, work-study, and part-time jobs.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the understanding of advanced features including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
* Analytical and critical thinking skills.

Candidates for the Disaster Recovery Associate, Recovery Division may also have the following qualifications:

* A master's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, business, emergency management, or disaster recovery.
* One (1) year of full-time work experience in finance, documentation, analytics, technology, accounting, or a mixture of these declines.

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive "whole health" services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

The Residential Recovery Associate will screen and interview Progress House Candidates for admission, support and interact with residents on a daily basis, model the principles of Recovery and perform administrative and operational duties.

Education/Experience/Certifications

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent required for all levels

Level I

+ Working knowledge of the 12-Steps is required, personal experience preferred

+ Previous experience in a mental health/behavioral health/recovery setting preferred

+ Experience utilizing computer and data systems is helpful

+ No certification required

Level II

+ One (1) year experience mental health/behavioral health/recovery setting required

+ Experience utilizing computer and data systems required

+ One (1) years of personal sobriety, if living in recovery, highly preferred

+ Extensive knowledge of the 12-Steps is required, personal experience preferred

+ Begin work on Recovery Specialist certification, preferred (and completion required to move to level III)

LEVEL III

+ Two (2) years of healthcare/medical/recovery-related administrative support experience required

+ Previous experience in a mental health/behavioral health/recovery setting required

+ Experience utilizing computer and data systems is required

+ Recovery Specialist certification required.

+ Extensive knowledge of the 12-Steps is required, personal experience preferred

Other Requirements

+ Deep personal commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Aspire Indiana Health

+ Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential information with professionalism

+ Must be able to respond appropriately and effectively in crisis situations by using good judgment and following Aspire protocols

+ Ability to be flexible and work other shifts to provide coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed

Driver Requirements (if applicable)

+ Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization

+ Must have access to reliable transportation to transport self/others and to attend trainings and/or meetings
