    The Sr. Program Manager, Labor Relations, oversees the day-to-day management of labor relations programs, driving their continued relevance, adoption, and integration across the co-op. This role is responsible for delivering and maximizing the impact of labor relations programs by applying strategic, analytical, and innovative thinking to continuously improve program infrastructure and outcomes. Through this work, the Sr. Program Manager creates intuitive value for the labor relations team, key stakeholders, business partners, and the broader organization. As a consultant, business partner, and program leader, the Sr. Program Manager provides exceptional end-to-end leadership over critical initiatives that support the Labor Relations strategy. This role partners with professionals at all levels to develop and lead the co-op's most important efforts-building roadmaps with key milestones, identifying dependencies and risks, and ensuring initiatives, programs, and tools deliver on their intended outcomes. Success in this role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills, along with the resourcefulness to navigate ambiguity and drive accountability across senior leaders, initiative teams, and third-party partners. Responsibilities and Qualifications Your Planning & Navigating Requirements * Project manage Labor Relations teams strategic initiatives and workstreams through partnering and influencing key stakeholders cross divisionally; inclusive of defining project owners and stakeholders. * Effectively manage programs end to end within the entire labor relations ecosystem & strategy in mind to drive program knowledge, definition, process, integration, relevance, discoverability, and drive solutions with XFN partners to deliver interconnected solutions. * Leverage deep business understanding to identify issues, diagnose root causes, provide insights, offer recommendations, and develop proactive solutions to solve pressing business objectives and make data-driven decisions * Works to proactively identify and track all initiative risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans, steps needed for responsible resources (team members), and communications. Escalates risks as needed to initiative leaders and DVP, Labor Relations. * Ensures smooth transition of completed initiatives into operations, including coordinating with all key initiative stakeholders to ensure appropriate training and support. * Effectively builds alignment and coordinates with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and initiative team members across divisions to deliver against initiative outcomes. * Develops and manages Labor Relations tools and processes to be leveraged across initiatives. * Ability to be professionally assertive in order to influence outcomes, advocate for initiatives, and ensure accountability. * Leads and/or contributes to continuous business process improvement efforts and governance to reduce waste and help streamline and standardize how we approach and accomplish work. * Collaborates with LR team, HRBPs, HR COEs, Legal, Fleet leaders and business leaders to help inform programmatic tools and processes. * Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans to bring the right people together focused on the right work at the right time for optimal business solutions * Consult on the planning and execution of program design and development, ensuring alignment with overall labor strategy * Measure program efficacy through KPIs and metrics, deliver product health reports, and conduct program excellence audits to identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio * Support streamlined user experiences by maintaining value, relevance, and excellence of programs and processes across work, including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for improvement * Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail to understand complex problems and root causes, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data, investigatory probing, and a systems-thinking approach to develop insights, guide decisions, and formulate solutions across the employee ecosystem * Evaluate programming solutions based on the balanced mix of desirable solutions that are feasible, and viable to the business. * Thinks creatively by looking outside of the HR division to learn leading people practices both within the co-op and other organizations. This includes crafting compelling business cases and presentations and regularly communicating with executive-level stakeholders. * Data Analysis and Measurement: Must have strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance, generate actionable insights, and enable informed decision making. Able to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to produce program health reports. * Problem solving and decision making: Ability to identify potential risks and challenges and develops effective solutions with input from stakeholders as needed, driving effective decision making that balances short term needs with long term strategic goals. * Process & optimization: Able to identify short- and long-term systems and processes to support program delivery with efficiency and quality, while maintaining people-centric approach. * Compliance & Governance: Establishes and maintains governance structures for program oversight and delivery, and program integration into the wider ecosystem. The project manager will be the senior construction employee at our Fairhaven shipyard and will oversee all aspects of construction, ranging from sequence planning to on-site management of in-house and contracted tradespeople. Location: Los Angeles or NY HQ The Role: The Pre-Construction Associate Project Manager supports the early phases of Reformation's store development pipeline, helping bridge the gap between Real Estate, Design, and Construction. This person assists with site due diligence, feasibility packages, vendor coordination and procurement, and budget tracking to ensure every new store and renovation project is set up for success. This role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager, Pre-Construction and works closely with cross-functional partners in Retail Development, Creative, Real Estate, Retail and Finance. What You'll Do: Support the pre-construction process for all new store openings and renovations, from site selection through project hand-off to Construction Gather, organize and analyze due diligence materials including site surveys, permit analysis, and landlord documentation Support production of two-dimensional test fits and three-dimensional walkthroughs during feasibility Prepare feasibility studies and project overviews for internal alignment and budget approvals Support procurement for the long-lead FF&E items for all new store openings and renovations including millwork, lighting, flooring, etc. Coordinate and track vendor estimates, and design documentation. Maintain and update pre-construction trackers, budget logs, and project documentation Review and markup architectural drawings against design intent packages Support the creation and management of early-phase project schedules Participate in project hand-off meetings to ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to active construction What You'll Bring: Educational background in Interior Design and/or Architecture 2 - 4 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or a related field Strong understanding of design documentation, procurement processes, and retail or store development workflows Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp (or other 3D software) required; experience with Google Suite highly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with budget estimating, procurement coordination, and basic financial analysis Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through Passion for sustainability and thoughtful design Impact & Growth: This role directly supports Retail Development's OKRs around brand design cohesion, CAPEX accuracy, and scalability across global markets. By providing accurate data, organized documentation, and proactive coordination, this role helps ensure Reformation's continued retail growth while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. Compensation: At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $60,000 - $85,000 annually + 5% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity. This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion. Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs.
