The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for working independently and be part of a team to lead the execution of strategic plans to achieve the ambitious Recruitment targets. I. Achieve growth targets by implementing the agreed recruitment strategy

Maintain a good working relationship with Marketing to maximize recruitment activities online
Ensure that internal resources are properly trained to recruit students;
Participate and assist in key EHL Group events in-person or virtually such as Open days and Discovery Days.
II. Market research
Ensure that the handbook is up to date with the Admissions team;
Benchmark competitor or market trends and innovative ideas for the assigned regions;
Keep abreast of macro-economic changes for the assigned regions;
Consistently look for new market opportunities
III. Managing leads
Managing online and offline leads (leads & Sales Qualified Leads) from assigned regions with the objective of increasing the conversion rate (from lead to submitted);
Update and administer the school's customer relationship management system.
Reporting on Lead Funnel from assigned region to the Regional Recruitment Manager;
IV. Networking
Liaise with professional and government organizations to promote the school's offerings.
Take part of regional and national conferences to remain informed on the evolution of admissions criteria and best practices to better advice the Regional Recruitment Manager and Admissions Director market trends and needs as well as network with college counselors from the region.

Written Examination:

Police Academy:
Upon successful completion of the background investigation and medical examination, applicants who have passed both the written and physical agility tests will be considered for a future class in a certified Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission Police Academy.
The police academy is comprised of an academic, physical, and practical training program that introduces recruits to a career in law enforcement.
Career as a Police Officer:
Employees in this classification may be assigned to work on either a rotating or fixed shift basis, which will include nights, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Employees in this classification are subject to call-to-duty in emergencies, and may be required to work overtime with little or no notice. Upon completion of the academy training, officers will be assigned to a patrol squad at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
The work of this classification entails frequent walking, standing, and the operation of vehicles and firearms. Work requires exposure to potentially hazardous law enforcement and public safety activities and conditions such as adverse weather and armed and dangerous persons.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in all required training, both at the Police Academy and on-the-job, to learn the duties of and maintain the proficiency requirements for the classification of Police Officer
- Performs general patrol duties in a vehicle and on foot
- Conducts initial and follow up investigations of crimes and other incidents and events
- Identifies and determines possible solutions to community crime problems
- Enforces traffic laws and ordinances and investigates traffic accidents
- Arrests and detains persons
- Provides administrative and technical support throughout the department
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
