A Day in the Life


The Associate Recruiter is a professional networker and relationship builder who enjoys working with professionals from a wide range of industries. This position is responsible for identifying, interviewing, and managing top talent for client opportunities and works with one or more Sales Professionals to deliver the right candidate for temporary, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions. Skill sets served include but are not limited to transactional accounting, finance, administration, and operations (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Billing, Collections, Administrative Support, Marketing, Sales and Human Resources).


Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities. Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Review and understand job requirement requirements and technical skills. Review, reformat and present resumes to meet client expectations.
Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through various tools or networks. Negotiate pay rates based on position requirements. Meet with candidates in person, telephone, or video conference to assess qualifications. Work with sales team to help drive the delivery strategy for consultants and candidates. Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Coordinates activities and flow of work for recruitment services, and provides support for the recruitment process. Partners with senior staff for recruiting and selection activities.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Responsibilities:

Leads on-boarding processes for new employees utilizing applicant tracking system. Communicates with new employees, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the on-boarding process.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, legal, and health system requirements. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Serves as an expert resource for on-boarding procedures and requirements.

Partners with Recruiter Sr to provide recruiting support to assigned service line(s) or recruiting programs, including: screening candidates to set criteria, assisting hiring team with selection process and assisting with the offer process for selected finalists.

Develops recruiting techniques which include conducting initial interviews, testing, checking background/references, participating in hiring manager intake sessions and quarterly business reviews. Facilitates the candidate experience by providing timely and accurate communication to all candidates throughout the selection process.
