Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor's/Associate's/Technical degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * 3-5 years of experience in computer-assisted drafting, design, and VDC/BIM. * Strong working knowledge of Navisworks Manage, including clash detection. * Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. * Familiarity with other modeling software such as BIM 360 / ACC, SketchUp, and AutoCAD * Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and vendor files to meet deadlines. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. * Able to deal with and resolve conflicts between contractors, clients, and the design team. * Willingness to learn new software and assist in developing VDC standards. * Preferred Qualifications * Working knowledge of BIM 360, ACC, and other Autodesk products. * Field experience in design and construction. Physical Demands * Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods. * Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
