Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and applicant tracking to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to streamline workflows and track metrics.
Employer Branding and Marketing: Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies, including job postings, career fair participation, and content creation to promote FYZICAL as an employer of choice in physical therapy.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize processes, and recommend strategies to enhance talent acquisition efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of prior experience as a Recruiter
Strong knowledge of physical therapy roles and licensing requirements. Proficiency in ATS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to handle high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced setting.
Passionate about healthcare and talent development. Data-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams. Willingness to travel up to 20% for site visits or recruitment events.
Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Required qualifications

About the role
Maintain honey beehives at client sites s on a minimum three week “cycle” basis, carrying out a variety of tasks to support bee health throughout the beekeeping season. Tasks include:
