Primary Position Purpose:
This position manages the recruiting and hiring of all student drivers for U.S. Xpress to ensure we are hiring the best possible talent for the organization. This position screens, interviews, and uses their discretion to determine the hiring eligibility of student drivers per USX hiring guidelines and DOT Rules and Regulations.
Position Functions:
