Attend recruitment job fairs, career events, and hospital site visits. Two days in office in Manhattan is mandatory. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in Physician-specific Recruitment is required. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, business, or other health-related fields. Proven skills in the evaluation of candidates. Excellent judgement skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required. High attention to detail.
