Docketly is an appearance counsel provider. We match local attorneys with large firms in need of coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist who can help us recruit new attorneys to handle cases posted by our client law firms. Our culture is casual, open, and direct. This position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Contacts attorney leads through cold calling, emailing, or other referral methods
Maintains a given monthly recruiting quota
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Preferred experience in the legal industry
Actively identifies emerging markets and market shifts by coordinating with Customer Success
Suggests innovative ideas to increase network and improve customer experience
Recruits eligible attorneys to sign up and expand their business through hearing opportunities
Answers incoming calls providing basic information regarding hearings and schedules
Motivated for success
Ability to handle workload and regularly references Company Handbook
Must have a "team player" mentality and help other departments when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
2 years experience in a related function with recruiting and/or engagement in professional services or related function
Excellent verbal and written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
Tech-savviness (specifically, knowledge of Mac OS and the Google suite)
Self-starting mentality; we're looking for team members who can think critically and help us grow our business
