This is an entry -level professional recruiting role focused on hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBAs, and clinical support staff.
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with clinic leadership and plays an important role in ensuring we hire compassionate, mission -driven team members to support the families we serve. This position is based in -office in Fayetteville, NC.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiting and candidate coordination for clinical and support roles
Conduct phone screens and structured interviews for BT and RBT candidates
Review applications and assess candidate qualifications
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clinic teams
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with real -time hiring and staffing needs

**Summary Pay Range:**
