Reporting & Data Management: Track and report monthly recruitment metrics using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Additional Responsibilities: Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support the organization's goals and objectives. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience is preferred. Degrees in Human Resources, Management, or a health-related field are preferred. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in recruitment, particularly within the healthcare industry, is preferred.
