Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of full life-cycle Emerging Talent recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing candidates; utilizing HR Systems (ATS, CRM, data tools and dashboards, etc.).
1+ years of experience in a recruiting, client-facing role.
Proven experience recruiting entry-level engineering talent in a competitive market.
Success sourcing passive technical entry-level talent (ELT) through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
