You will be responsible for the logistics, coordination, data accuracy, and compliance that underpin our entire hiring and onboarding process3. * Interview & Logistics Coordination:
* Seamlessly schedule interviews between candidates and Hoffman & Hoffman hiring teams.
* Manage all interview logistics, including coordinating meeting rooms, video conference links, and any necessary travel arrangements.
* Support our recruiters with various administrative tasks to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
* Oversee the collection and distribution of interview feedback to ensure timely decisions.
* Systems & Data Management:
* Maintain the integrity of our hiring pipeline by tracking candidate progress and ensuring all data is accurate.
* Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to schedule interviews, update candidate statuses, and manage feedback workflows.
* Generate and maintain recruitment data and reports to provide insights into our hiring process
* Ensure all steps comply with our established hiring processes and manage bulk actions like sending rejection notifications.
* Ensure that sales candidates complete the assessment.
* Offer & Compliance Management:
* Prepare offer letter documents and templates for prospective hires.
* Coordinate the offer approval process through the proper internal channels.
* Ensure the accuracy of all offer terms and maintain legal compliance in all documentation.
* Manage the distribution of offer letters, collect signatures, and meticulously file all offer documentation.
* Track offer acceptance and decline rates to help us refine our recruitment strategies.
* Manage Job Postings
* Post positions for all hiring managers.
* Update outdated postings.
* Maintain s in ADP.
* College Recruiting
* Register Hoffman & Hoffman for college career fairs.
* Post positions at all universities and technical schools.
