Responsibilities:
· Creating job postings
· Contacting potential candidates and conducting phone interviews
· Conduct In-person interviews of selected candidates
· Selecting good candidates that meet the customers’ requirements
· Creating submittals to Account Managers
· Assisting and educating candidates on proper interviewing
· Coordinate onboarding of New Hires
Required skills:
· Good Microsoft Office skills
· Must be organized and possess good time management skills
· Must be an effective communicator
· 3+ years in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry
Paid weekly, hourly + commission
