ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates all activities of Independent Contractors to meet recruitment, contracting, and onboarding requirements across all locations, as required.
Assists in the development, implementation, and coordination of recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and certification programs and strategies for Independent Contractors.
Serves as a point of contact to solve Independent Contractor questions and/or concerns, along with their Operations team.
Effectively utilizes ATS to attract, develop, and disposition candidates.
