This is a 6-month contract with potential of being longer based upon business need and performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct prescreening of candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on executive protection and security operations functions. Screen resumes and conducts initial outreach to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with role requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and sourcing activity in ATS and other platforms. Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing based on business needs and urgency. Ensure a high level of attention to detail in candidate documentation, communication, and data tracking. Leverage industry knowledge to identify and engage candidates with relevant experience in protective services, law enforcement, intelligence, or related fields. Track and report sourcing metrics and pipeline health to inform strategy and improve outcomes. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in a sourcing role, coordination role (sales or recruiting), Strong prescreening and candidate assessment skills. Experience using AI sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed Smart Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter AI features) is a plus. Familiarity with Dayforce is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong phone etiquette; confident conducting candidate outreach and follow-up calls. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and multiple time zones.
