The Recruiter serves as a full-desk, strategic recruiting partner for our facility in Fort Lauderdale, owning end-to-end recruiting process across manufacturing, engineering, and professional roles in partnership with the Corporate Recruiter. Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer and onboarding

Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (internal or agency) with demonstrated full-desk ownership
