Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Works in partnership with Marketing to hone employer branding, develop recruitment marketing materials, outline recruitment marketing strategy, and track success of these efforts. · Collaborates with department managers on a regular basis to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria and hiring needs. · Attracts candidates through various external and internal resources such as social media networks, job boards, advertisement processes, community events, employee referrals and more. · Responsible for application tracking system including keeping information up to date and relevant. · Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for hiring manager review. · Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. · Prepares job offers and delivers to applicants. · Creates and project leads new hire projects. · Serves as the point of contact and lead for the company’s new hire mentorship program. · Assists with creating, delivering, and maintaining new hire onboarding sessions and materials to promote a holistic recruitment and onboarding experience. · Monitors and applies recruiting best practices. · Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to team and Executive Management Qualifications · Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships across job roles, industries and personality types. · Possess the ability to think “big picture” about the needs of the company and how to fulfill those needs. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. · Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant\-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
