    Overview: Zimmer Communications is looking to add a recruiter to assist with recruiting efforts for all three of our locations in Missouri while stationed in Columbia, MO. This role will assist with functions such as staffing, employee onboarding and retention. Our recruiter is front-line support for prospects and new hires. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or significant experience in human resources, communications or a related field. Experience in recruitment roles preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the self-motivation to regularly follow up with hiring managers. Aptitude for problem-solving and learning HR procedures and policies quickly. Ability to present solutions, overcome obstacles, and develop new ideas and strategies for recruitment. Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships. Expectations/Duties: Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, development, and performance. Develop and execute employee onboarding procedures, and provide guidance and interpretation to new employees making for a smooth transition to our team. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source, screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for respective open positions. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements for all positions. Support hiring managers in the decision-making process by providing market insights and salary data. Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and industry events. Travel as needed to other market locations in Jefferson City and Springfield, Missouri Travel as needed to external recruiting events such as career fairs, mock interviews, etc. Collect and verify candidate credentials throughout the hiring process.
