To thrive in this role, you have:
Proven work experience (5-8 years) as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
Adept with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to sourcing and presentation skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within matrixed, corporate organizations
4-year degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field (preferred)
